Spectrum was able to assist borrower in Irvine, CA by arranging a first TD in the amount of $465,000. The borrower was a start-up and we were able to work with SBA to obtain an approval through the SBA 504 loan program.

Conventional Purchase

Spectrum was able to assist borrower in Downey, CA. The property is 55% owner-occupied and we helped find a $1.1 million first TD.

Refinance

Spectrum was able to assist in borrower in refinancing building in Garden Grove CA. Borrower replaced his variable rate loan with a fixed rate SBA 504 loan. The total project was $1.3 million in financing.
